Cerabral Palsy Cymru - Styling and Photographing
Cerebral Palsy Cymru is a national centre of excellence for families in Wales with children who have cerebral palsy.
To raise funds for the charity, we have established an online shop, which has been very successful. We are therefore looking to recruit volunteers to join our e-commerce team, even for 1 hour.
The main tasks volunteers will be helping with is styling and photographing items, but there is also the opportunity to get involved with the following:
Quality control and ensuring items are fit for sale
Researching the items history
Writing captive and creative descriptions
Packing and dispatching items for delivery
Assisting with the creation of fun and engaging digital content for use on our retail social media pages
Steam cleaning clothing in preparation for uploading online
As well as helping us to generate income for Cerebral palsy Cymru, volunteers will also gain the following skills:
Customer service
Research and analytical skills
Stock control and management skills
Time commitment: Ecommerce is open between Tuesday and Thursday and we are happy with whatever hours volunteers can give us.
Expenses reimbursed: Travel expenses are reimbursed.
Training provided: Full training is provided.
Selection procedure: Informal discussion, application form completion and 2 references.
