Form Filling Volunteer helping older people

This organisation is looking for compassionate and patient individuals aged 18+ to volunteer as Form-Filling Volunteers. 

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting isolated older individuals by assisting them with filling out important forms, such as applications for Blue Badges, which provide essential parking support for those with disabilities. (No legal or financial forms)

The role will involve visiting clients within their own homes.

Time commitment: Typically it would be helping clients a couple of times per month.
Expenses reimbursed:  Travel expenses are reimbursed.
Training provided:  You will be provided with induction training, and ongoing support from a named contact within the team.
Selection procedure:  Informal chat with project co-ordinator, application form completion, two character references and a disclosure and barring check (DBS) check – cost met by organisation.
