Glamorgan Quilters’ Autumn Exhibition

Glamorgan Quilters, a patchwork and quilting group that meets monthly in Ystradowen, Vale of Glamorgan, is holding an exhibition of its work at the United Reform Church, Westgate Street, Cowbridge, CF71 7AQ on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th October between 10am and 4pm.

Nicholas Ball, improv quilter, and Deborah O’Hare, art quilter and textile artist will be guest exhibitors. ITV presenter Carl Edwards will open the Exhibition.

Glamorgan Quilters’ members will demonstrate different techniques for those new (and not so new) to patchwork and quilting. If we whet your appetite, White Gecko Craft Lounge will be selling patchwork and quilting supplies over the two days.

Glamorgan Quilters will be selling their handmade crafts as well as raffle tickets for a chance to win one of two quilts made by the group as well as other prizes.

Entry costs £3.00 and includes a hot drink and cake with proceeds going to the RNLI at Porthcawl.
