The 'It's Okay 2 Say' Mental Wellbeing Project

Would you, your staff, volunteers or maybe even your clients be interested in a short presentation about some of the 'simple, practical and effective' ways in which you can recognise some of the signs of impending depressive illness, encourage these good folks to be more open about talking about what they may be feeling and, hopefully, either 'head it off at the pass' (as they say in the Cowboy films) or at least minimise the bad stuff that can result from experiencing a crash?

We have very real-life experience of these things and our aim is to try to give out some practical information to help others. 'We have walked the walk, we now talk the talk'

We will waive any usual fees for GVS members but would ask for you to cover our travel expenses ... Oh yes, and a nice cup of tea and biscuit/cake is always appreciated.
