Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale are an independent charity that provides free, confidential and impartial information and advice to the residents of the City and County of Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, as well as to Wales and further afield.

We can offer advice face-to-face, telephone, webchat and email as well as delivering advice from our Barry office and outreach premises in the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff.

We offer detailed and specific advice on the issue(s) affecting our clients, including complex benefit, debt, employment, discrimination and housing matters. It may include assisting in completion of forms or drafting of correspondence, providing sample letters or other self-help material and guidance, one-off negotiations on the client’s behalf (and with appropriate authorisation).
