Learning Disability Wales is looking for a Business Development Manager

Hours and location: 22.5 hours a week that can be worked flexibly during Monday to Friday. You can be based at our office in Llanishen, Cardiff and can also work some of your hours from home. However, if you cannot travel to the office, you can be a home worker.

Salary: Actual annual salary is £24,407 rising by an annual increment to £25,630 based on 22.5 hrs per week (full-time equivalent £40,136 rising to £42,147).

The role: Will lead on researching, developing, influencing and securing new funding.  You will:

• have a background in implementing funding strategies and meeting income generation targets.

• be able to proactively build and maintain positive connections with funders, donors, partners and key stakeholders

• have a successful track record in achieving high quality grants and donations

• be self motivated

• have a good understanding of the funding opportunities and gifts available to charities in Wales and experience of identifying new.
