Rookwood Sound takes flight
On Saturday 21st of October, Rookwood Sound Radio based at Llandough Hospital launched their service via DAB +.
After submitting an application to ofcom, the Station was delighted that they were granted a licence to broadcast via DAB + across South East Wales.
The launch coincided with the stations annual radiothon with live broadcasting over two days which was extra special knowing that new audiences were able to listen.
Rookwood Sound Radio has been broadcasting since 1987 and has now evolved into a Health and Wellbeing community station. Take a look at our website for details of our wide array of programs.
