The Vale 50+ Strategy Forum are holding an Information and Social Event

The GVS gardening project at our Community Centre, CF61 in Llantwit Major has had lots of new additions over the last month.

Offices and phonelines are CLOSED due to the Bank Holiday for Queen Elizabeth’s Funeral.

To make sure people receive their payments on a day when our offices are open, arrangements have been made to make some payments early:

Expected payment date: Monday 19 September 

Benefits will be paid early on: Friday 16 September

Thursday 29 September 2022, 11am – 12.45pm.

The volunteers from the gardening project at CF61 will be attending Chatty Cafe at CF61 on Thursday 18th August, from 1pm - 2pm.

MS-related fatigue is a common but challenging symptom to manage.  This webinar will look at ways to help you cope with it.
