Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) supports community and charitable organisations operating in the Vale of Glamorgan and manages three community buildings. If you require a community space in Llantwit Major or Penarth for exercise classes, choir practice, meetings or even office space, our buildings could meet your needs.
Consultation on the proposal to establish a new school building for St Richard Gwyn Catholic High school
Proposal to establish a new school building for St Richard Gwyn High school and increase its capacity from 813 places to 1,050 places from September 2025. The consultation period runs from 5 September to 17 October 2023.

The Golden Pass is aimed at inactive adults aged 60+ and aimed at supporting them to become active.

The Vale of Glamorgan Council wants to talk to residents about what matters to them and about life in the Vale of Glamorgan. Let’s Talk About Life in the Vale is a new county-wide survey of residents that gives people living in the Vale of Glamorgan the chance to share their experiences of public services, their priorities for the future, and help the Council better understand how to get more people involved in local decision making.
